随着信息时代、数字时代的到来，人们生活、工作的节奏急速加快，社会竞争日趋激烈，工作压力也相应增加。很多人在重压之下出现了头痛、失眠、焦虑等症状，如果不及时排解，会进一步影响身心健康，致使精神疾患频繁发生，由此，促生了心理医生这个产业的迅速发展。如何排除压力带给我们的负面影响，无疑是每个职场中人都比较关心的问题。
现在的社会是"压力的社会"，无论从事何种职业的工作人员均觉得工作压力在不断加大，很多职场人面对工作压力苦不堪言。既然工作是必须的，承受压力也就不可避免，关键是不要人为的制造与堆积压力，要善于预防与管理压力，及时排解压力产生之源，将压力消除在可控范围之内，让自己在轻松压力下快乐工作。
一、正确认知压力。常言道，没有压力就没有动力，但压力不是万能的，重压之下产生不了奇迹，相反，因重压而导致的自杀等恶性事件已屡见不鲜。加拿大研究压力与人类心、身影响的医学教授塞勒博士曾说过："压力是人生的香料"。他提醒我们，不要认为压力只有不良影响，人们应该转换认识和情绪，多去开发压力的有利方面，适当的职业压力不仅是必要的，而且能够扩展职业发展的空间。因此，在工作中要不断为自己设定目标，寻找自己的最佳定位，不要好高骛远，这种自我加压，面对工作压力才会有的放矢，才能有行动的积极性，更能达到自我控制和自我指导的目的。
二、主动承受压力。既然压力是客观存在的，不可避免的，就要做好接受压力的思想准备，逃避不等于不面对，尝试从积极乐观的角度看问题，从长远的利害作决定。而压力的增强更多来自于内心的躲避，因躲避致使压力堆积、升级，使自身陷入压力的恶性循环，因此，唯有积极面对才是上策。面对压力，我们应该像大禹治水，找到压力之源，积极的"疏"导，消除压力之源，将体内积蓄的压力疏导出去，而不应该仅是简单的"堵"，让压力危害健康。在承受诸多压力后，要努力提高自己承受压力的能力，有意识的培养自己具备良好的性格，对待事情能够拿得起，放的下，保持情绪的稳定性。
三、善于分解压力。压力与目标一样，也是可以分解，逐步实施。一个人可以有很高的期望，但必须保持一种平和的心态，设定积极而有可行性的工作目标，然后全力以赴求其实现，却不能期望未来的结果一定不会失败。压力增大往往是这样造成的，忽略或不满足现在的工作，不立足现实，盲目制定目标，努力后却发现与目标背道而驰，而内心对实现目标的渴望，促使心理压力徒增；或者是制定的目标过于远大，虽然通过努力在一步步接近它，可能感觉太慢，进而盲目追求速成，导致能做好的工作实际都做不好，压力反而更大。作为职场人员，最好的减压方式就是将压力进行分解，即将暂时达不到的目标进行分解，首先确定好这段时间做什么、下一阶段做什么，第一步要达到什么目标，第二步准备怎样做，最终的目标是怎样的，现在做事情时不断积累经验，将来一定会、也一定能达到目标。
四、快乐排遣压力。面对压力，有多种解决方式，如：自卑应对方式、愤怒应对方式、自闭应对方式、悲观应对方式、紧张应对方式等等，但职场中人更应该懂得快乐排遣方式，如访友、旅游、娱乐、运动、倾诉等，将压力通过能让自己快乐的方式疏导出去，在享受快乐的同时排遣压力。同时，要不断调整自己的心态，使自己始终保持一种积极向上的、乐观的状态，从而不断为自己倾注工作的活力。
看来，与其单纯强调压力大，不如采取积极的心态面对它，谋求科学的解决方法。对工作中的一切，多一点欣赏，少一点抱怨，有不如意之处，设法改善，坐而空谈，不如起而行之，有了这样的心态，就能从源头上预防压力升级，使自己在快乐中享受工作。

Today it is 23 the day which I do like! It's Michael Jordan's day, and my day. I like Jordan & his genius of basketball , & I also like & play basketball.
Nice years before, I played basketball with my old friends and classmates. Every day, specially every weekend and every physical course, we pick 2 sides, crazily play with dog hot day and coolest day, did not consider win or loss. How crazy and happy we are!
Because my number of learning is 23, and my skill is very nice, so I was consider as Jordan Jin.

And I also like simulator game, and always the best of us, I always win others elapsed 23 seconds either or 23 seconds remain. The another evidence that I am 23 man! Not only like Michael, but also I am just Jordan Jin. ^_^

So on Solaris, We should use: for f in `find $something -type l`; then each Yeah. Then we are right.
Also this:
